A Japanese Kutani porcelain jar, Meiji period, the ovoid body painted and gilt with opposing figural and bird panels reserved against a simulated brocade ground, on a pierced base and scroll feet, height 17.8cm (lacking cover), together with a small collection of other Kutani porcelain, comprising two circular dishes, diameters 37.2cm and 30.3cm, and three vases (some faults).
