London: George Bell & Sons, 1892. 5 vols., limited edition, this being number 65 of 150 copies of the large paper edition, 8vo (188 x 116mm.) Engraved portrait frontispiece in volume 1. (Light spotting to preliminaries of volume 1 and 5.) 20th century brown polished calf bound by Henry Sotherans, double fillet borders, red and green morocco lettering pieces to the second and third compartments of the spine, volute tooling to the rest, gilt turn-ins, t.e.g. (a few marks to lower cover of volume 1). Provenance: from the estate of the late Frank Warren (5).
