London: Hodder & Stoughton, [circa 1914.] 4to (277 x 218mm.) 23 tipped-in colour plates by Dulac, captioned tissue-guards. (Spotting to pp. iv and v, thereafter occasional, toning.) Original pictorial brown cloth (some discolouring to the lower cover, slight warp to upper cover).
