A George III ebonized bracket clock, the eight day twin fusee movement with verge escapement striking hours on a bell, the backplate finely engraved with flower basket and foliate scrolls, signed 'John Green London', the silvered breakarch dial with strike/silent indicator to arch above Roman hour numerals, outer Arabic minutes and mock pendulum aperture and inscribed 'John Green London', the case with bell top and brass carrying handle above glazed front and back doors, each with pierced fret panels, the sides with glazed panels, on a moulded plinth with shaped apron and bracket feet, height 50.5cm, with winding key and case key.
