A George V pattern cavalry officer's sword, probably by Henry Wilkinson, numbered '43720', the straight single-edged blade etched with the 3rd Prince of Wales's Dragoon Guards crest, blade length 88cm, the typical bowl shaped guard decorated with scrolls and with wire-bound fishskin grip, with leather-covered wooden scabbard (heavily cleaned overall, scabbard repaired).
