An impressive Chinese cloisonné vase, 18th century, with gilt copper mounts, the baluster body decorated in polychrome enamels with two birds perched on blossoming peony stems, emanating from rock on a keyfret filled turquoise ground, between ruyi head and keyfret borders to neck and foot, height 42cm (some faults).
