A mid-19th century French ormolu mounted ebonized lyre mantel clock, the eight day movement with silk suspension striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the backplate stamped 'TH Woolfield A Paris', the silvered circular dial with black Roman hours, the lyre shaped case with applied ormolu mask surmount above foliate sprays and roundels, on a plinth base and turned bun feet, height 52cm, with mask and sunburst bob pendulum and winding keys (lacking bell).
