CONAN-DOYLE, Arthur (words) and Monk GOULD (music). Sir Nigel's Song. London: Edwin Ashdown, 1907. 4to (340 x 262mm.) 7pp. musical score. (Slight spotting to rear leaf.) Original paper wrappers with 'New Songs' to lower cover (spotting to lower cover). Note: scarce. 'Sir Nigel' was a historical novel by Conan-Doyle set during the first phase of the Hundred Years War. It was published in 1906, a year before this song. Provenance: Conrad H.E. Gruneberg (name inscribed to upper cover).
