A 19th century lacquered brass compound monocular microscope, signed 'W&S Jones 30 Holborn London', the square pillar with rack and pinion stage, substage magnifier and mirror, on a cylindrical turned pillar with folding tripod stand, together with various accessories, including eyepieces, in a fitted mahogany case, length 32cm (some faults).
