A late 19th/early 20th century French brass cased oval four glass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong and mercury compensated pendulum, the dial with cream chapter ring and visible Brocot escapement, the oval case with bevelled glass panels, on a moulded base, height 26cm.
