A near pair of Chinese porcelain vases, mark of Qianlong but probably Republic period, each of square baluster section, painted with opposing rectangular panels of figures in landscape, flanked by opposing panels of black calligraphic text and two red seals, between borders of iron red and black lotus and scrolling tendrils, iron red four-character mark to base, height 14cm.
