A Chinese gilt bronze figure of a bodhisattva, mark of Yongle but probably 20th century, modelled in a seated pose with hands held in namaskara mudra, wearing a headdress, celestial scarf and bead jewellery, on a double lotus throne, incised six-character mark to upper surface of lotus pedestal, the base engraved with a visvavajra, height 27.3cm.
