LOT 1264
A small maiolica albarello, probably Sicilian, early 18th century, the gently waisted cylindrical body painted in blue with scrolling foliage above a green band, the shoulders and neck with blue banded and geometric decoration, height 17cm, together with another albarello with floral banded decoration in ochre and green, height 18.5cm (minor faults). Provenance: from the collection of the late Professor Maurice Stacey.
