A late 19th century lacquered gilt brass carriage clock with eight day movement striking hours and repeating on a gong, the silvered chapter ring with Arabic hour numerals within a matt gilt surround, inscribed 'Elkington Paris', the serpentine case with bevelled glass panels and swing handle, on turned feet, height 17.5cm, with leather travelling case.
