A mid-20th century brass ship's bulkhead timepiece, the brass movement with platform escapement, detailed 'Coventry Astral, Made in England' and numbered '156', the enamelled dial with black Roman hours, slow/fast indicator and centre seconds and detailed 'H.M.S.', the cylindrical case with bevelled glass hinged bezel, diameter 23.6cm.
