A late 19th century French ormolu bracket clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the circular enamel dial with black Roman hours, outer Arabic minutes and inscribed 'Maple & Co Ltd, Paris', the rococo scroll moulded balloon shaped case surmounted with Cupid and lyre surrounded by foliate scrolls, above clouds, flowers and further scrolls, on scroll supports and similarly moulded integral stand, height 63.5cm, with pendulum and winding key.
