LOT 1880
A 1914-18 British War Medal and a 1914-19 Victory Medal to '19557 Pte.T.F.Lee. Lan. Fus.', with a silk mourning bookmarker, mounted with a portrait photograph, forwarding slip for the two medals, a letter to his widow, dated '16.5.1916', giving circumstances of his death, newspaper cuttings, a Lancashire Fusiliers enamelled brooch badge, a plastic General Service badge by A. Stanley & Sons Walsall, three General Service buttons and six further items, contained within a tin. Note: Private T.F. Lee served with the 20th Bn. Lan Fus, died 10th April 1916 aged 42, and is buried in the Rue-Du-Bois Military Cemetery, Fleurbaix, Pas De Calais France.
