A Japanese Kakiemon porcelain dish, Edo period, mid to late 17th century, of octolobed outline, the shallow dish decorated in iron red, blue, green and yellow with a pair of pheasants amongst rocks and tree peony, within a rim of flowers and foliage, width 13.5cm (minor hairline to rim).
