A rare Chinese cinnabar lacquered Yixing stoneware teapot and cover, late Qing dynasty, the compressed circular body carved in reverse with a pair of opposing dragons amidst vapours, beneath a keyfret band rim, the cover with a pair of bats and vapours, impressed three character mark to interior of cover, height 11.4cm, length 20cm (repair of handle).
