A late Victorian Arts and Crafts cloisonné enamel charger, probably by Clement Heaton, circa 1890, decorated in shades of green and blue with a central foliate motif within a rim of scrolling foliage, copper backed, diameter 42.5cm (some faults). Note: the company 'Heatons Cloisonné-Mosaic Ltd' was set up in 1887 after Clement Heaton sold his share in his father's stained glass business. Heaton was an early member of A.H.
