LOT 1405
A Worcester vase and matched cover, circa 1770, the high-shouldered tapering body painted with a bouquet of Deutsche Blumen opposing scattered sprigs, the domed cover painted with two birds beneath a floral finial, unmarked, height of vase without cover 17.5cm. Note: a similar vase is illustrated by Simon Spero and John Sandon in 'Worcester Porcelain 1751-1790, The Zorensky Collection', p.116, fig.81.
