An early 20th century American bronze circular cased ship's clock mantel timepiece by Chelsea Clock Co, the signed eight day movement striking ship's bell hours and half hours on a gong, the backplate numbered '73009', the 6-inch silvered dial with Roman hours, slow/fast indicator and inscribed 'Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd, 112 Regent Street, London' above 'Ship's Bell' and 'Made in U.S.A.', the case with glazed door, on a plinth base and ball feet, height 23.5cm, with winding key.
