London: Coates Brothers & Company Ltd., [circa 1930.] 4to (237 x 176mm.) Numerous colour illustrations, price list, 3pp. publisher's advertisements to rear. (Minor soiling, fingermarks, lacking pp.28-29.) Original blue cloth (soiled, rubbed). Note: the plates show various identical images in different colours to show how colour affects the sense of perception and size. - And seven further volumes (including 'Schonheiten der Natur', 1943, oblong 4to) (8).
