Note: includes the 'Introduction' volume in brown half-morocco, a 'Prospectus' in publisher's wrappers, the 2 volume 'Translation' in brown-half morocco, and the 'Maps' and 'Indices' volumes in brown half-morocco solander boxes, the maps being 33 county maps on 28 folded sheets and the 'Indices' containing an index and fascicules for each county, along with the gazetteer.
