Original vellum, the Churchill coat-of-arms in gilt to upper covers, gilt lettering to spines, g.e., green slipcases (small knock to slipcase of volume 4 of 'The Second World War', slight variation in tone to the vellum). Note: includes a limitation bookplate for each volume. It was a significant publishing endeavour and 3000 sets were intended but the publisher was declared bankrupt before completing the project, so less than 2000 sets are in existence (34).
