A Chinese 'clobbered' blue and white Kraak porcelain double-gourd bottle vase, Wanli period, the lower bulb with three panels painted with groupings of auspicious Buddhistic emblems alternating with flowers, the upper bulb with panels of flowers alternating with precious objects on stands, later embellished in iron red, pink, green, yellow and gilt, clobbered iron red seal mark to base, height 30cm (rivet repair to neck).
