A Chinese famille verte porcelain circular bowl, Kangxi period, with gently everted rim, the exterior painted with opposing panels of Buddhistic lions, flanked by fan shaped panels of fish reserved against a green ground of dense flowers and foliage, the interior with lotus beneath a floral rim reserved with panels of crustacea, enamelled artemisia leaf mark to base, diameter 17.8cm (minor restored chip, minor hairline and chips to rim).
