A 17th/18th century Continental all-steel main-gauche or parrying dagger, the tapering double-edged blade with pierced and notched detailing, blade length 35.5cm, turned tapering crossguard with flowerhead terminals, shaped, chased and pierced feather-decorated guard with central laureate bust, wire bound grip and spiral-decorated turned pommel.
