A first pattern Fairbairn Sykes fighting knife with straight double-edged blade, blade length 17.5cm, detailed 'The F-S Fighting Knife, Wilkinson Sword, London', S-shaped nickel plated guard and chequered grip, with nickel mounted brown leather sheath (blade point slightly bent, later alteration to sheath).
