An early 20th century gold backed and silver set, opal and diamond pendant in a heart shaped design, mounted with a heart shaped opal within a surround of cushion shaped diamonds, length 3.5cm, with a hinged and detachable suspension loop and a detachable brooch pin for alternative use, with a case.
