A Sino-Tibetan gilt bronze figure of the four-armed Manjushri, mark of Xuande but probably late Qing dynasty, modelled seated in dhyanasana, wielding a sword, dressed in elaborate headdress, beaded jewellery, robe and celestial scarf, on a double lotus moulded base, incised six-character mark to lotus base, height 24cm (sword damaged and part of blade missing).
