A Chinese Ming style dark brown patinated bronze vase, mark of Xuande but Qing dynasty, the low-bellied baluster body cast with trellis ground beneath a rectangular neck with splashes on a wave ground, flanked by a pair of slender mask and tongue scroll handles, cast stylized six-character mark to neck, height 23.5cm.
