A French faience plate commemorating the Revolution, early 20th century in 18th century style, painted with a central winged figure holding aloft a Phrygian cap beneath the inscription 'La Liberté triomphe des abus', diameter 23.5cm, a similar plate inscribed 'Je veille sur la Nation 1798' beneath a cockerel perched on a cannon, and four similar faience plates.
