A First World War memorial plaque, detailed 'Robert James Welch', with waxed cardboard case. Note: Private R.J. Welch served with 49th Bn., Australian Infantry, A.I.F., died 9th June 1918, aged 27, and is remembered at the Villers-Bretonneux Military Cemetery.
