A Chinese famille rose and powder blue ground porcelain vase, mark of Kangxi but late 19th century, of baluster form, painted with opposing oval panels, one filled with a lotus pond, the other with a plump bird perched on a prunus branch, underglaze blue pseudo six-character mark to base, height 23.2cm (cracked across footrim), together with a hardwood cover and stand.
