A rare Chinese cinnabar lacquered Yixing stoneware teapot and cover, late Qing dynasty, the compressed circular body carved in relief with a pair of opposing dragons amidst vapours beneath a keyfret band rim, the cover with a pair of bats and vapours, impressed three-character mark to interior of cover, height 11.4cm, length 20cm (repair to handle).
