LOT 1158
A late 19th century French spelter and slate mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the circular enamel dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'W.H. Tooke, Sceur de F.L. Hausburg Paris', the backplate similarly stamped, the case modelled with a seated classical maiden, on a rectangular slate base with toupie feet, height 40cm, with pendulum and winding key (missing element and faults).
