A Chinese mother-of-pearl inlaid hardwood tip-top wine table, late Qing dynasty, the circular top finely inlaid with panels of incised mother-of-pearl, filled with birds and flowers, fish, figures, animals and landscapes, the frieze carved and pierced with scrolling foliage, raised on a birdcage mount and similarly inlaid baluster stem issuing tripod legs, carved in the form of a Buddhistic lion, height 77cm, diameter 75cm (some loss to inlay).
