Ten Flight, Barr & Barr Worcester porcelain soup plates, circa 1820, each painted with a central single pink rose on a budding leafy stem within gilt scrollwork and apple green ground rims, edged with gilded gadrooned moulding, impressed marks to bases, diameter 26.3cm. Note: a similar sauce tureen is illustrated in Henry Sandon's 'Flight and Barr Worcester Porcelain 1783-1840', page 148, plate 136.
