A Meissen gilt metal mounted rococo scroll moulded porcelain scent flask, mid-18th century, one side painted with a courting couple and child seated beneath a stone bust, the reverse with a family seated in a garden setting, the narrow sides painted with puce scale panels, heightened in gilt on a circular base, underglaze blue crossed swords to base, total height 12.6cm.
