A Sussex slipware pottery salt pig, dated 1886, of typical shape, the brown glazed body with circular aperture detailed with cream flowerheads, flanked by acanthus leaves above the inscription 'Glynde 1886', surmounted by a hen and three chicks on a shredded clay nest, height 32cm (minor faults).
