A Japanese Hirado blue and white porcelain jar, Meiji period, modelled in the form of a tied sack, the body decorated in relief with sparrows flying above crashing waves on a biscuit ground, height 26cm (faults and lacking cover), together with a small group of Japanese porcelain, cloisonné and other works of art.
