A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase, mark of Qianlong but Republic period, the ovoid body painted with opposing figural scenes, reserved against a turquoise ground filled with polychrome lotus and scrolling tendrils, repeated on the short flared narrow neck, iron red four character mark to base, height 35cm.
