LOT 1453
A Sèvres style cobalt blue ground porcelain jar and cover, the porcelain possibly late 18th century, the decoration 19th century, of U-shape, painted to one side with a rifleman resting by a riverbank, opposing an arrangement of trophies of war, each within gilt framing, the cover with gilt fruit knop, interlaced blue 'L's' mark to base with indistinct incised numerals, height 10cm.
