A diamond, cultured pearl and cabochon ruby brooch, designed as a winged insect resting on a foliate spray, the insect with cabochon ruby eyes, otherwise mounted with rose cut diamonds with four cultured pearls mounted at intervals, last quarter of the 19th century, width 5.5cm, with a case.
