A Chinese famille rose enamelled porcelain bowl, mark of Tongzhi and probably of the period, of fluted oval form, the exterior painted with magpies and chrysanthemums on a flowerhead centred cell diaper ground between ruyi head and lappet borders, iron red painted seal mark to base, length 20.5cm.
