A Japanese Satsuma earthenware circular dish by Kinkozan, Meiji period, finely painted with a pair of pheasants standing beneath a blossoming tree before a group of lilies and other flowering plants, within a gilt flowerhead framed panel, against a blue ground overlaid in gilt with butterflies and fine foliage, iron red and gilt four character signature to base, diameter 22cm.
