A large Dutch Delft Cashmere palette ribbed vase and cover, late 18th century, of octagonal shape, painted in chinoiserie style with an exotic bird perched on pierced rockwork by a fence with chrysanthemum and prunus, beneath other birds in flight, flanking an urn of flowers between floral and scroll filled lambrequin borders, the domed cover with spherical knop, unmarked but with paper 'loan' label to base, height 50cm (faults), together with a Delft blue painted ribbed gourd shaped vase, height 38cm (minor faults).
