LOT 4050
A Chinese famille rose export porcelain garniture of five vases, Qianlong period, comprising three baluster vases and domed covers and a pair of flared beaker vases, each piece finely enamelled with two cockerels, rocks, peonies and blossoming branches beneath a pink ground collar, heights ranging from 22.5cm to 29cm. Note: a similar garniture is illustrated by Williamson and Tuttle in 'The Book of Famille Rose', 1970, plate LIII.
