A Chinese famille verte powder blue ground porcelain jar and domed cover, Kangxi period, of shouldered ovoid form, painted with variously shaped panels filled with birds, flowers, insects and landscapes, reserved against a powder blue ground with gilt sea life and lotus decoration, unmarked, height 47.5cm.
